My hat

Well I'm almost finished my knit hat, but I'm waiting for someone to try it on, to make sure it fits.  Once that's done, then all I have to do is crochet around the face opening, sew the button and then that's it.

I am also almost finished with my little case, for my mini Ipad.  I wish you could see the school bus yellow I used for my little case. I just love the colour.

Well I went to see if I could upload pictures to my picassa album, but it didn't work. Oh well I'll try later, as I would love to share some pictures with you all.

My hat progressing

Well I'm almost finished my hat, but waiting for more accurate measurements. I also worked on some WIP (remember!  Works in Progress). Ok so now I have 1 fewer WIP. Now I'm looking for some handbag clasps. I need a 3.5 cm long and a pair of 2.5 cm long. Once I figure out how to post pictures I'll be able to show you my things.   One day I'll have a really good blog, but for now I've got a plain blog. Ok well that's all I can think of saying for now.  Till next time.

Starting my knit hat

Well I haven't worked out how to post pictures here, so I'll just write what I wanted to show you.  I'm using Loops & Threads Charisma Yarn. The colour Electric Blue. A delicious colour, sorry I can't show you but the colour is #22 if you need to look it up.

I need 2 balls, but will have some left over.  I also have a ball of black and off white, but they are Lion Brand  Wool Ease Yarns.  Ok well once I know how to post a picture I will post one, but now i have to get casting one.  Have a great night!

Wow. It's been how long?

I can't believe that my first day blogging became my last one.  Well I must admit I lost my blog.  Yes 1 day and woops! I lost my blog.  So you ask (my assumption here) what have you been doing.  Well, I've knit and crocheted myself through a few years.  And I'm still crocheting.  Since 2009 though, I've learned to crochet in different languages, which has been funny.  And like most crafty people, I've gota lot of WIP (works n progress) for those who never heard this said before.  Come on people, we all have those right?  I promise I won't tell, but I'm sure I've got at least a dozen of them. How many do you have?  And don't say none lol.  I know you have at least 1 not including the one you have on your hook or needles.

Well I'll post pictures for you so that you can see some WIP I have. Eventually I'll get them all done.  I'll try and find all works that are finished, and like you, my finished works outnumber my WIP.  It may not look like it when I start posting pictures, but hang on, I will eventually get everything up I've done.

Well that's it for me tonight.  I have a hat calloed the Failynn Fox Cowl to make for tomorrow. Well we'll try. This is my 5th hat.  I bought the pattern at Etsy.  www.thevelvetcorn.etsy.com  I foget how much the pattern was, but I bought it there.  I will post pictures of those I can. Right now I'm making a blue one.  Watch for my post tomorrow.
